Wedding Factory Direct is a unique design and manufacturing wholesale bridal accessory company that is 100% dedicated to your businesses success. Check out the way we do business and see if these features can help favor your business.

Here is what we offer:

We drop ship to your US & International Customers. This is done "blind" so your customers know only your name and your contact information. Because we drop ship, you also never need to pre-order or stock inventory from Wedding Factory Direct! And better yet, our drop ship charge is only $3.00. This allows you to have more free time so you can concentrate on other aspects of growing your business! Please note, all fees charged by Wedding Factory Direct are in US dollars.

We ship throughout the USA, Canada and Internationally. We offer UPS Ground, 2 Day & 3 Day Service for USA shipments. We also offer USPS for international shipments to help reduce your international shipping costs.

We ship to International Customers

International customers can grow with us! There is no minimum order required! Please contact us for more information at laurie@weddingfactorydirect.com All fees charged by Wedding Factory Direct are in US dollars. Additional charges, such as customs duties and taxes, are separate from this transaction, not calculated during checkout, and not collected by Wedding Factory Direct or Elegance by Carbonneau Company. We are not in a position to assist with or give advice on these additional charges. Please consult your local customs office/broker for more details.

We have NO MINIMUMS!

Yes, that’s right... No Minimum Order Required. Your customers can order just one of any of our Wedding Factory Direct products and we will ship it right out. That's why we offer "No Minimum Orders" on all our products. We use customized UPS "From" labels with YOUR company name All of your customers' drop ship packages are shipped out with your name on the UPS return label. We use our return shipping address so we receive any customer returns, but the UPS label shows that the package is from your company name, phone number & email address. If you like we can also send an email at the time of shipping to your customer confirming that YOUR COMPANY has shipped the item with the tracking number for the package.

You get Automatic Shipment Notification Whenever an order is shipped out to your customer, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to the online UPS tracking number and a copy of your invoice.



We ship FAST

Most non-personalized orders are shipped out in 1-3 days. Please be advised that International orders may take up to 2-3 business days to ship.

Shipping

Orders generally ship the next business day after the order is received. The chart below will give you an estimate of the time in transit. Please be aware that the transit days are based on 5 working days and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

For example: If your order was shipping on Wednesday and the chart indicates that it will take three days to arrive, then you would expect to receive your package on Monday. The "3 Days", does not include the day that the package ships. Therefore, Thursday, Friday and then Monday... would be considered the third day.

Please be sure to keep this in consideration when choosing UPS Ground Shipping.

Upgraded Shipping Options Also Available. We offer UPS Next Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Saturday Delivery, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air & United States Post Office for International Orders!






Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes and jewelry are not returnable, unless defective. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of order for return authorization. Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.

If an item is received incorrectly we will either credit your account or send replacement with your next order. If upgraded shipping is required you will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges.

We do not upgrade shipping for replacements, we will ship ground and further upgrades in shipping is at your expense.

In the event an order is “Refused” the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

Shipping charges quoted are for ground shipping by UPS to the continental USA. If upgraded shipping is required or shipping outside the continental USA please call or e-mail for shipping quote.

Please contact our Customer Care department within 3 days of receipt of shipment to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for Damaged or Defective Items. This RAN will expire in 7 days of issuance.

Step 1

Enter the RAN in the appropriate space provided on the return label which is part of the packing slip you received with your shipment.

Step 2

Affix the Return Label to the original shipping box. Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition.



PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

Step 3

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit. You get Online Account Tracking. You can login to your Wedding Factory Direct account 24/7 to make a purchase or place a drop ship order

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors on website or catalog. We are not responsible for web-site system glitches. In the event a computer "glitch" occurs you will be notified by e-mail to offer you a choice to continue with sale modification or cancel.
